What are the chances for securing admission with this score?

We cannot predict anything. It depends completely on the merit list which will be based on the JEE score.


What is the procedure for admission to Management quota seats?

We do not offer Management quota seats; we only have Institute Level Quota seats as per the norms prescribed by DTE.


I have secured 145 marks in HSC PCM. Am I eligible?

If you belong to the open category, you are not eligible. In case of reserved category students, 45% in PCM (135/200) is valid.


Is my AIEEE score considered for Institute level seats?

No. Only JEE scores are considered.


What is the cut-off for last year’s score?

It was in the range of 150 and above for all branches, except Biomedical, for which it was 110 and above.


Do you have paid seats?

No, we don’t. Fee norms are as per Shikshan Shulka Samiti approvals.


What is the difference between online admissions and Institute level admissions if the fee is the same?

If in online admission, you secure a seat in a college or a region where you do not wish to pursue engineering then Institute level seats might be more preferable for you.


Can I meet the trustees or the Principal?

No. I cannot forward your request to meet them.


I have scored 95% in HSC. Will that have a positive impact on admission?

You scored well! But we consider only the fact that your PCM aggregate score is at least 50%.


Do you have 100% placements?

Our placement record is pretty strong. Last year 230 out of around 300 students got placed in reputed companies like Infosys and Patni.


Is the teaching quality good?

We have competent and experienced faculty. They guide and mentor students and inspire them to give their best.


When will college begin for first years?

The college begins in the last week of July or in the first week of August.


When will the merit list be displayed?

The date will be displayed on our website. Probably before the Ist CAP round results are out.


Do the photocopies of my certificates need attestation?

Not now. At the time of admission, you need to get attested photocopies.


Can I cancel my admission?

Yes. As per DTE norms, some amount will be deducted. Check for DTE website for the same.


Which branch is good? / Which is the better choice between CMPN and INFT?

As such all branches are good and each stream has its own merit. There are ample opportunities in every branch. Finally it all depends on the caliber of the student.


Do we need to pay the fees now?

The fees are paid at the time of admission.


Is the fee annual or per semester?

The fee is annual. There could be a 10% annual hike as per Shikshan Shulka Samiti guidelines.


How many applications have been received till now?

We cannot reveal that Sir. As you can see, the process is still on.


Do we need to submit original documents now?

No. You need to get them verified during admission and then finally submit them to the institute in case the candidate gains admission here.
