Well, when it comes to describe about vidyalankar, I would say it’s difficult to restrict words as there’s a lot to say about Vidyalankar. One can immediately sense the beauty of its high class infrastructure in first visit. The faculties, non teaching staff members, students are assets of vidyalankar. This institute takes teaching-learning process altogether to a appreciable level were only few institutes can reach. The reason is the Industry-Academic interaction of VIT, where industrial experts share their rich experience and train students accordingly. This helps in moulding students as per the skillsets required for industry. So dear students, work hard and make your institute proud.

VIT has given me the opportunity to learn lot of things. Most of the things were learnt while working in the industry, but the base to learn those things was already set because of VIT. I used to dislike the compulsory presentations that we need to deliver in each class, but those presentations made me comfortable to face large number of people while speaking. Telecom is not just working in telecommunication organization such as Reliance and Vodafone. It is really wide. It also includes working in IT Company and designing the software for telecommunication purpose. You can work in VLSI domain and design chips for devices. You can select software, wireless, networking, security and hardware domain. Just select your area of interest, and move forward in that direction. And main thing enjoy your college days.

VIT offered highly challenging but equally stimulating environment for me to help me develop my career. Thanks to the excellent faculty, my very first encounter with Microprocessor and Microcontroller courses invoked in me excitement and fascination for the field to such an extent that I ultimately decided to pursue Masters in ‘Computer Science’ from University of Southern California. To succeed in industry one should be good at basics and should be ready to come out of one’s comfort zone and accept challenge’s as it comes.

Vidyalankar was indeed a great place to learn. The campus fills excitement and enthusiasm amongst students. Vidyalankar strives hard to inculcate discipline, hard work, optimism, soft skills in students. The system designed for overall development of students makes this institute stand out amongst other institutes. The various council activities run by students help them to get acquainted with various managerial skills. The different committees like Alumni/Placement/corporate communication etc. help students to know the present scenario of employment, to establish a network with alumnus and training to secure a dream job in their respective fields. All I can say to students is study hard-enjoy hard and come out with flying colours.

I stepped in Vidyalankar with a dream to become a well-qualified EXTC engineer. The years spend here were indeed memorable. I express my gratitude to all faculties of VIT who hold share of gold in my success. Describing about VIT, I would say it is a Tech-savvy institute with modern labs equipped with properly functional equipment’s. The lectures from elite faculties are indeed worth attending. Also I would appreciate the non-technical staff who worked very hard to ensure we get all accessories required for the course. I would finally say to my friends currently in VIT that just keep pace with all lectures/practicals/guest lecture sessions/Pre-Placement training to shine in academic life.
