According to noted French Microbiologist Louis Pasteur, “Luck always favours the prepared mind'' and every step I take will be towards preparing young minds to take up future challenges.

Life is full of challenges and I believe in taking up every challenge as an opportunity as there is no end to the process of learning. Born and brought up in a middle-class family, my schooling started at a very small village in Solapur district. During the childhood days, I had little exposure to the career avenues available in the outside world and the only ambition was to excel in examination and score highest marks.

After completion of my schooling, I took up my graduation in Electronics Engineering at a fully residential college which laid the seeds of the holistic self-development of my career. Here, I got to know importance of time management for any individual, and by attaining the third position in the final year examination of graduation with first class distinction; I knew I was on right track.

After graduation, I joined a Pune based educational equipment manufacturing company which introduced me to the various microprocessor-based systems. This new tenure saw me develop computer labs by involving students in assembling computers and installing operating systems which were quite challenging activities in those days. After completing my Post Graduation in Electronics and Telecommunication, I joined Vidyalankar Institute of Technology in 2007. The subjects of my domain were Programming languages, Microprocessor, Signal Processing, Image processing, Computer Networks, Data Encryption and Security. Each of these topics had their own flavor and challenges on account of the incremental developments in the industry because of which I had to be on my toes to ensure the alignment of the students to the fast-changing technological requirements. I have guided both Undergraduate and Post graduate students in a wide variety of projects along with the publication of various technical papers in reputed conferences and journals.

As a passionate teacher, my endeavors have always been towards inspiring the students and tapping their inherent skills to do something new at VIT as there could be no better place which could provide the facilities to achieve the impossible. I can only smile with satisfaction when I see the students graduating out of this institute as not only successful professionals but also as good human beings at the service of the society.
