My professional experience spans across 31+ years in handling various roles and responsibilities across the organizational hierarchy in diverse industries namely, IT, Finance, Engineering, etc. apart from my entrepreneurial stint.

I have handled various functions like Business Process Analysis and Improvement, MIS & Strategy Formulation, New Business Development, New Product Development / Existing Product Enhancement, Vendor Development to name a few. In addition to this, macro level client engagement and project management at the senior leadership levels have been my focus areas. I have been associated with various industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, FMCG, Logistics, NBFC to list a few. I have about 10+ years of entrepreneurial experience in IT and Management Consulting. I have been teaching at Management Schools in Mumbai since past 3 years as a visiting faculty.

I have completed my MBA in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunications from College of Engineering, Pune. I have further enhanced by professional skills by completing Management Development Program from IIM Ahmedabad in ‘Warehouse Design & Management’.

I strongly believe in the power of team work. My hobbies are music, photography and reading that help me to maintain a good work-life balance.
