The Personality Enrichment Committee organizes and coordinates an interesting blend of courses ranging from soft skills to grooming sessions to equip individuals to qualitatively upgrade their life and career. The ensuing training programs are innovatively designed to enhance skills such as team- building, assertiveness and confidence-building, aimed at raising employee morale.
GoalPersonality Enrichment Committee organizes Seminars and Workshops comprising training material designed by inspiring personalities like Dale Carnegie, Shiv Khera, and Stephen Covey. It shall organize Yoga and Meditation sessions. It also shall arrange seminars on dress codes, grooming sessions, table etiquettes in consultation with experts. It shall also conduct training sessions to teach employees tips to handle emergencies and First Aid, or critical incidents as in adverse weather or political situations. It shall also coordinate meetings with counselors.
