As a person, I always take interest in learning something new and this led my inclination towards teaching when I was working as a Teaching Assistant while pursuing my PG in Information Technology from Vidyalankar. During that time, I helped students with their practical assignments. This experience in VIT confirmed my interest in teaching as I was among the most influential professors. They shaped my confidence, caliber, and future not just as a student but also as an individual. My mentors inspired me to learn new concepts. Learning is fun, but only if someone has a teacher like Prof. Patekar. The intellectual energy he provides is priceless and it has helped me to gain more depth in my domains of Machine learning and Network Security during my PG course here.

An Institute has its reputation established on the achievements of its alumni, faculty and students. This is exactly the reason why Vidyalankar has the kind of reputation it possesses. Alumni network helps Vidyalankar to remain agile and responsive to the needs of the market through the interactions between Industry and Institute. My role as an Alumni Committee Coordinator is to develop connections among alumni, current students, faculty, and management laying the platform for all stakeholders to share knowledge, gain focus, improve and develop.

We at Vidyalankar offer services that stimulate interaction and maintain support mechanisms for Alumni networking. The Alumni Committee facilitates continued interaction among its Alumni to sustain the Institute's ability to maintain a commitment par excellence. Working as an OHU Coordinator, we at Vidyalankar, try everything in our knowledge to deal with the OHU students’ problems with behavior charts, positive reinforcement, and continued support from other teachers and counsellors.

Teaching in Vidyalankar, enables me to continuously utilize my experience to rethink and refine, about my capabilities as a teacher. As a teacher, I always evaluate my success by the growth I see in my students.
