I have always been my father’s girl and he always encouraged me to participate actively in sports from hockey to volleyball and to learn vehicle driving without any second thought in mind. My special inclination towards bike riding started since then. I am born and brought up in Pune. Later, I completed my schooling in Bhopal. I was born in a family where education was always given the prime importance. I have been an all-rounder but, I was interested in painting that has been inculcated in me through my genes. I had represented my school at the State level as a ‘Girl Guide’. Apart from painting, I wrote articles on the current issues by keeping myself updated with those current affairs.

I started conducting classes since I was in my 9th standard for those in need. I was very sure about the stream that I wanted to get into. Along with my studies, I had joined a TV and radio repairing hands on course at component level in my 2nd year. Those four years of my engineering graduation have been wholesome learning of new skills and implementation of the theoretical knowledge.

I started my career as a Hardware engineer for a company in the period where people used to buy assembled computers than the branded ones. I explored my work thoroughly and enjoyed the same while working at the chip level maintenance. After a couple of month’s experience, I started my journey as a teacher at the Government Polytechnic, Kolhapur.

I have been associated with Vidyalankar Institute of Technology since 2004 and it has given me pure joy of participative work culture. It provided us with the freedom of work as well as a platform for exchange and sharing of ideas.

I had read it somewhere that, moments are created. They do not just happen. I am fortunate enough to be in this noble profession and understand that it as a great responsibility of creating tomorrow’s able youth.
