Recent Activities

  • ElectroVision The event was conducted on 6th August, 2021, the students were informed about the key points of a technical paper and how it should be presented. The speaker also discussed about the types of technical papers, common mistakes students make, and how to effectively search for technical papers online through various websites.


  • TechnoQuest This event was conducted on 28th June,2021 specially for the newly admitted students as an exposure to the department and the committee and to bring back the excitement among students during the vacation period. There were 3 levels to this event, first level was “Guess the Picture”, second level was a “Quiz”, and third level was a “Treasure Hunt”.


  • Beyond The Horizon This Seminar was conducted on 1st May, 2021 by real life entrepreneurs like Netra Walawalkar, Shubh Jangam and Revati Naik was filled with motivation, encouragement, learning and fun, all for the students to reach their dreams.


  • Hackatronics A 12 hour departmental hackathon was held on 20th March, 2021. The problem statements were chosen from a vast number of technical domains and were given to the students a week prior to the day of Hackatronics. At the end of the day, judges scored each team wisely and meticulously and 3 teams rose to victory who then received internships as a reward.


  • PCB Webinar On Eagle Software This was an online webinar conducted on 12th June 2020 by Mr. Kunal Dua where the participants learned to design pcb on the software Eagle which highly focused on various tools in the software to combine components and routing to define electrical connectivity.


  • Proteus Workshop The workshop was taken by Prof. Geetha Narayan on 12th March 2020 to enlighten students about use of the Proteus software to create and print circuit boards along with discussion about importance of Proteus in technology and development.


  • PLC Workshop The workshop was conducted on 12th October 2019 by Prof. Imran Sayyed where participants learned about the ease of PLC programming for design and implementation of control applications along with its features like high reliability and minimal maintenance.


  • Technical Report Writing Seminar was conducted on 29th August 2020 by Dr. Anjali Deshpande which elaborated formal style of writing a report which included details about introduction, body, conclusion and summary and shed light on common mistakes to avoid.
