The nostalgic days of my childhood takes me to the forlorn memories of many who always had an impact on our lives. My teachers and their teaching styles have significantly carved out my identity as a teacher today. After my secondary examinations, I decided to become a teacher in a professional Institute and hence decided to take up the Engineering Degree course, all thanks to my inclination towards Electronics and Telecommunication. With an eagerness to experience the practical applications of the various tools and techniques, I took up my first job in an industry at my native place, Dhule. After working one and half year in the industry, I joined the teaching profession as that was my ultimate passion and goal. It was like a dream come true as I got a chance to inspire young minds in new ways every year in a flamboyant institute like VIT.

After joining Vidyalankar Institute of technology, I completed my masters in Electronics and Telecommunications from NMU Jalgaon and started teaching different subjects like wireless networks, microwave communication, computer networks, analog and digital communication. “A good teacher can inspire hope, ignite the imagination and instill the love for learning” is what I believe and practice by inculcating in students the love for the domain or the subject. Mentoring the young minds personally as well as professionally always gives me inner satisfaction when I see the excellent outcome in terms of the success of my students. I have guided many final year projects till now in the domains of computer network, internet of things, wireless communication, robotics and automation. Some specific projects, which I feel are of significance to me are the ones involving Humanoid robot, Wall climbing robot, health monitoring using ZigBe and Data monitoring of the college network system. Under my guidance, one of the project groups also presented a research paper on “Smart Car Parking System” at an international conference ICRESEET-2017, organized by IFERP in Goa.

VIT also gave me the opportunity to become TSSC (Telecom Sector Skill Council) trainer in the year of 2014. The demands of this profile further ensured that I had gone through an exhaustive training at Tejas Networks, Bangalore where I have learnt all the practical aspects of wireless and computer networks. This training helped me to become a more demonstrative teacher.

On personal grounds, I would like to share my affinity towards reading books of varying themes since my childhood. I enjoyed this hobby to the fullest during schooling in summer vacations, when I used to spend long hours in school library. Apart from reading, my love towards classical music also inspired me to take up a training in classical singing. On a conclusive note, I would like to sum up my personality as a sociable person with a passion to participate in various social and cultural activities.
