Internships

Department of Electronics and Computer Science provides a pool of In-House Internships to Students in variety of domains, that can provide solutions to the real life problems. The problems are designed such that they help the students to improve programming skills as well as their hands-on experience. Students are guided to use the tools and techniques relevant to the current industry trends. Recent ideas that have been implemented by our students are based the use of on Arduino, Embedded Systems, IOT and many other development platforms. On an average 70-80 % of the students are involved in the internship activities. We also encourage internships at various industries. To name a few are TIFR, BARC, Mazagon Dock Ltd, BSNL, Doordarshan, BRIT, L&T, Indian railways, IIT Bombay, Bharat Petroleum, Mercedez Benz and many more.

Internships are thus a regular feature of the curriculum, where students spend their time constructively and from the feedbacks received, it is an enriching experience for them, which adds value to their engineering education.
