Overview

The Staff Development and Welfare Committee is established to foster a supportive, inclusive, and empowering environment for all staff members. Recognizing the critical role that a motivated, skilled, and well-cared-for workforce plays in achieving organizational success, the committee is dedicated to promoting professional growth, personal well-being, and a positive workplace culture. 

Goal

  1. Enhance Staff Capabilities: Provide opportunities for continuous learning and skill development, enabling staff to excel in their roles and adapt to evolving challenges. 
  2. Promote Well-being: Advocate for and support initiatives that address physical, mental, and emotional health, ensuring a balanced and sustainable work environment. 
  3. Foster Inclusion and Equity: Uphold principles of fairness, respect, and equal opportunity, celebrating diversity and promoting a culture where every individual feel valued and empowered.
