OVERVIEW
The Industry–Institute Interaction Committee (IIIC) at Vidyalankar Institute of Technology (VIT), Mumbai, is the central body that drives structured collaboration between the institute and industry partners across domains such as AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, IoT, Industry 4.0, and Healthcare.
IIIC works to systematically reduce the gap between classroom learning and real-world practice by bringing industry experts into the campus, enabling internships and live projects, and integrating current tools and technologies into the learning process.
GOALS
- To build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with companies, startups, hospitals, and research organizations in emerging technology domains.
- To integrate industry exposure into the curriculum through conclaves, guest lectures, workshops, internships, and live projects.
- To continuously capture feedback from industry experts and use it to refine academic content, pedagogy, and assessment.
