I am a Chartered Accountant with over three decades of experience across investment, risk management, and strategic finance. Over the years, I have built expertise in wealth management, personal finance advisory, investment banking, mergers & acquisitions, loan syndication, CFO support services, and risk advisory.

I am actively involved in guiding individuals and businesses through customized financial solutions, helping them improve their financial health, build wealth, and strengthen risk frameworks. I also work closely with startup founders and promoters as a sounding board, supporting them in scaling their ventures and preparing for key milestones such as IPOs.

My experience includes assisting companies in business valuations, fundraising through IPOs and private placements, and enhancing financial processes and governance standards. I have served in board-level roles as an Independent Director and Trustee, contributing to strategic decision-making and corporate governance.

Additionally, I have taught as a visiting faculty at leading B-schools, teaching subjects such as Corporate Finance, M&A, Valuation, and Wealth Management. My dual perspective as an advisor and board member enables me to deliver practical, insight-driven financial solutions.
