Dynamic and student-centered Assistant Professor of Management with more than 16 years of teaching, academic mentoring, and curriculum development experience in the areas of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, and General Management. Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering engaging undergraduate and postgraduate courses, integrating real-world case studies, experiential learning, and outcome-based education (OBE) methodologies. I have cleared the SET (Management) for Assistant Professorship and also completed NPTEL courses in Soft Skills (Silver Medal) and Change Management.

 

A committed academic professional with a strong record of research, publication, and participation in conferences, Faculty development programs with interests spanning HR related soft skill, employee engagement, leadership development, organizational culture, and strategic HRM. I have also worked twice as External Examiner for TY B.M.S project Viva voce. Adept at guiding more than 400 students pursuing BMS and MMS in projects, internships, and research dissertations, as well as coordinating departmental activities and academic events.
