I also have more than 5 years of teaching experience and 4 years of entrepreneurial experience as the Founder of LearnAce, focused on soft skills facilitation, training content design and delivery.

My expertise lies in Training & Development, Human Capital Management, Project Management, Psychometric assessments, and Operations. I have conducted programs on Assertiveness Skills, Time Management, Business Communication, Business Etiquette, Goal Setting, and Supervisory Development for clients across IT, manufacturing, and pharmaceutical sectors. I also specialize in experiential learning through Performing Arts for corporate engagement initiatives.

As a Visiting Faculty, I taught subjects such as Corporate Communication, Integrated Marketing & Storytelling, Psychometrics, and HR Consulting at reputed management institutes and IIDE-affiliated colleges.
