I am a Human Resource professional with over 25 years of experience across employee relations, HR strategy, and organizational development. My career spans diverse industries including IT and Pharmaceuticals, where I have managed key HR functions and contributed to building effective people practices.

I was associated with leading management institutes in Mumbai and Pune as a Visiting Faculty since 2006, specializing in Human Resources and Labour Laws. My teaching approach focuses on blending theoretical knowledge with practical insights from industry experience.

In my corporate journey, I have worked in roles such as Manager – Employee Relations at Geometric Software Solutions and Officer – Personnel at Cipla, where I handled employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations.I also run my own HR consultancy, offering services in HR advisory, training, and development programs. My certifications as a POSH Trainer and Solution-Based Counselling Practitioner further strengthen my ability to support organizations and individuals.
