The Women Development Committee envisions building a culture of equality, dignity, leadership, and self-confidence that enables women to become responsible citizens, ethical professionals, innovative thinkers, and future leaders who contribute meaningfully to society and national development. 

The committee strives to: 

• Promote gender sensitivity and equal opportunities for all  

• Encourage women to participate actively in academics, research, innovation, entrepreneurship, sports, and leadership roles  

• Foster self-reliance, confidence, and decision-making abilities among women  

• Create awareness regarding legal rights, safety, health, mental well-being, and professional growth  

• Build a safe, respectful, and supportive institutional ecosystem for women students and staff
